I see, this morning, that some for repapers are running a story about yet another Boris sex scandal - it's never ending.
yes apparently he had a meeting with a KGB agent around the time of the Salisbury poisonings during the time he was London Mayor, a long time ago.
11 runners and riders now for the PM's job.

@yokel I suppose these things come out eventually. He is really shameful.
I dont know about shameful, he has been good for this country in international matters especially Ukraine, Britain led the field in our support for that country, its just in the little things he is either forgetful or dosent think something is important.
changing PM's at this stage is just stupid, and none of the prospective candidates can hold a candle to Boris, some of them we have never heard of them before, and many of the front runners are the ones that knifed Boris in the Back, and we are supposed to trust them?
EH TU Brutus! or something like that.

@yokel I believe that we have to look at them as a "group". For example, Partygate, not the end of the world for me personally, but it was for those whose relatives died alone when members of the cabinet were having a party. It was not just Boris involved, he was surrounded by people who not only were part of it, but also, deceitful in their actions. Boris was fined - big deal? Maybe, maybe not, but it was the first time in modern parliamentary history that a PM has been fined (Modern Parliament being since the of Robert Walpole). To develop it a little further we can all point to a number of previous PMs who would have resigned out of courtesy and respect for the country had they been involved (although I do wonder if Tony Blair would have had the courtesy to do so, had it been him). Add to that various issues, such as Boris' "oven ready Brexit", good, fully approved of that, except it was not actually Oven ready" at all. How do we know this, because, already the Northern Ireland protocol is having to be renegotiated. It there appears the Boris' "oven ready" claim was a lie. And so, sadly, it goes on.
I would have voted for Ben Wallace if I could have, sadly he dropped out, Liz Truss would in my mind be a good replacement, I dont care much for any of the others, Richi Sunak was the first to knife Boris in the back and I hope its not him.
